January 28th

Hi everyone, for the final theme week in January let's try gluten-free. Gluten is a group of proteins found in certain grains, such as wheat, rye, and barley.  Many foods are naturally gluten-free such as meats 😉, dairy, fruits, and vegetables.  Foods we think of as whole grains are also usually gluten-free such as quinoa, oats, and brown rice.  Again, I hope you have fun with this one!  We'll be back to our normal rotations in February.  Please post what you'll be bringing to share.
