Hi all--Happy New Year! Georgeann had a fun idea to inspire community meals in January--trying a new 'diet theme' each week. So each week you'll be tasked with bringing something that follows the guidelines of the particular diet. Don't worry--I'll try to keep it pretty easy/straightforward. We will start pretty easy this week with The Mediterranean Diet. Here is a brief summary: The Mediterranean diet is a way of eating based on the traditional cuisine of countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea. ReplyDeleteSorry for the late post--we are out this week unfortunately! Jonah is recovering from getting sick over the weekend (I think he overdid it curling, haha!) and I'm way behind on practicing my first speech for Toastmasters on Thursday. That's it. We're a mess. See you Sunday!
